These are very comfortable to wear as long as you get a snug fit but the thin foam pads are totally ineffective , and the thicker formed pad is much better but should be supplied as standard , not as an extra cost .
I have several pairs of these and they are very good . However , the pads supplied with the briefs now are poor , without strength or depth. The replacement pads, art 540 and 590 arensignificantly better but need to be more resilient. They should replace the poor pads which are ineffective and be made stiffer.
Wish I found these sooner. I already bought 5 pairs of the orther style briefs I found on Amazon. Wish I would have went direct to site now that I see all of the selections.. This is perfect for me. I will be buying other styles and the ankle brace soon.. Exspesive though but WELL WORTH IT !! I wear them all the time.
By far the best hernia relief I’ve found short of surgery. Still have muscle wall protrusions at times, but far less than with any other belts, etc.
